Enhance your meditation practice through taste, smell, sight, feel, and sound. In this class, you’ll mindfully experience the taste of a food, then the sight and smell of a candle meditation. Next, focus on feeling your body with a light yoga flow. Then, an inner visualization with sound. Lastly, 108 Oms closes the meditation with blissful vibrations.
