Ashtanga Yoga and Pranayama designed to help people find their inner strength and power. This experience will offer different authentic hatha yoga kriyas and mudras as well as a beginner friendly practice of Nadi Sodana, Intermediate series Ashtanga through the lineage of B.N.S. Iyengar. The class will be a 2 hour extended practice. Please do not eat at least 2 hours before hand in order to be able to practice the muscles locks needed for Asana and pranayama. CEUs would be appropriate as this experience will deep dive into authentic Indian Yoga tradition.
