A complete Pink Floyd Takeover! I have this incredible idea to take my Heavy Metal Yoga class and tone it down a bit for the mountain top experience. Take your Self on a journey through the darker side of the Self. So often, we humans, deny the undesired part of our self (known as our Shadow Self). However, if we have never known pain, heartache, loss defeat, etc., then we would never be able to experience the lighter, peaceful, more gentle aspect of our Self. Come explore the depths of your comfort zone and create a sense of wholeness with this fun, energetic Vinyasa style class, synced to the musical styling of Pink Floyd.
