Practice being joyful with this unique form of yoga. The benefits of laughter are amazing. In addition to being a natural mood enhancer, laughter boosts blood oxygenation and circulation. Meaning, it can be quite a workout! Using eye contact, child-like behavior, and dozens of exercises, we'll practice deep, hearty belly laughter and yogic breathing. This class is part discussion, part physical practice. While it's not your typical asana practice, everybody can laugh.
