Mary found yoga over ten years ago after moving to Colorado. Her yoga practice has been guiding her ever since. She received her formal training from Yogaworks and her classes reflect the Yogaworks method of sequencing and alignment. Mary is a forever student and loves to learn about the extensive practice of yoga so she attends workshops and trainings often.
